Amazon premieres first original series in German: 'You Are Wanted'
'You Are Wanted' is set to be the biggest German TV series launch of all time. Beginning today, March 17, Amazon Prime Video customers worldwide can watch the first-ever German Amazon Original. Amazon today announced that a new fulfilment center in Winsen, Lower Saxony, will open in late 2017, creating more than 1,000 new permanent jobs in the region in the first year. It will be 64,000 square meters large. With the investment of 90 million Euro in Winsen in the first year alone, and triggering additional 110 million Euro investment from its business partners, Amazon is further increasing the size of its German fulfilment center network to meet increasing customer demand, expand its product selection and support a growing number of independent small businesses selling on Amazon Marketplace using Fulfilment by Amazon warehousing and delivery.

Amazon today announced that a new fulfillment center in Frankenthal, Rheinland-Pfalz, will open in late 2017, creating more than 1,000 new permanent jobs in the region in the first year. The fulfillment center will cover approximately 50,000 square meters. 1,200 parking spaces for employees will be created in an extra parking lot. With the investment of 80 million euros in Frankenthal, Amazon is increasing the size of its German fulfillment center network to meet increasing customer demand, expand its product selection and support a growing number of independent small businesses selling on Amazon Marketplace using Fulfillment by Amazon warehousing and delivery.
Amazon Announces New Fulfillment Center in Kolbaskowo, Creating Over 1,000 Full-Time Jobs
Amazon today confirmed its plans for a 67,000-square-meter fulfillment center in Kolbaskowo. Amazon will create more than 1,000 full-time jobs at the site within three years of opening. Growing customer demand across European markets encouraged company’s decision to further invest in Poland. Panattoni Europe has been selected as the investment’s developer.
Paris extends Prime Now one-hour delivery service to select stores
From today, in Paris and 21 towns in the neighboring area, Prime Now customers will also be able to shop online and order fully-organic grocery products from Bio c’ Bon, and wines and spirits from the LAVINIA selection and can receive these products in a one or two-hour-delivery window at the most convenient place for them. The luxury French grocery brand Fauchon will also join Prime Now in November.
